Healthwatch Survey

Healthwatch Norfolk, in partnership with Norfolk County Council’s Public Health teams, is seeking local views on two areas of wellbeing: NHS Health Checks and stop smoking services.

• NHS Health Checks are free for residents aged 40 to 74 and help identify risks of conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure. Feedback is welcome whether you’ve had a check, are eligible soon, or haven’t booked yet.
• Current and former smokers (that have smoked in the last 10 years) are invited to share experiences with quitting, relapse, or support services to help people stop smoking.
