Register with the surgery
Catchment area
You can register with us if you live inside our practice boundary. The boundary covers Watton and the surrounding villages.
Check before you register
We cannot yet offer a postcode check on this page. To find out whether you can register with us, you can:
- look us up on the NHS website, which lists the surgeries you can register with for your address
- phone us on 01953 881247 and we will check for you
If you do not live within our practice boundary we will not be able to register you as a patient and request that you register with a surgery closer to your home address. Similarly, if you move out of our practice boundary we will request that you re-register with an alternative GP surgery within 30 days.
Registering with the surgery
Please read our confidentiality and medical records policy before registering.
You will be registered with the practice and will be assigned a named GP. You will be able to request appointments with this doctor provided the doctor has appointments available, otherwise you may choose to see a different doctor.
To register with the surgery:
- use the NHS Register with a GP surgery service
When you register, it's helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.
