Surgery clinics
We offer a range of clinics and services at the surgery. There are some tasks you can do, such as health reviews, using our online forms.
In addition to GP and AHP consultations, the practice offers a range of clinics and healthcare services including:
- Long term condition reviews
- Blood tests, clinics are held Monday to Friday mornings. If the blood test has been requested by the hospital, please bring the relevant form with you to your appointment.
- Cervical screening
- Test results, test results can be requested online through our form
- Family planning, if you have been advised by the surgery to submit a contraceptive pill review, please complete our form
- Child immunisations and vaccinations
- Travel immunisations and advice, please complete our form
- Adult immunisations and vaccinations
- Wound care
- STI testing
- Care co-ordinating for frail patients
- Weekly anti-coagulant clinics
- Minor injuries and illnesses
- Minor operation clinics, including coils, implants, steroid injections and lumps and bumps
- Medication reviews
- Sick notes
- Inclusion health reviews
- Severe mental illness reviews
- Cancer care reviews
- Carer reviews
- NHS health checks
- Private medicals, e.g. HGV and taxi medicals. Please see our non-NHS work page
Young people are welcome to request an appointment to discuss any health-related matters. Young people’s health records are kept confidential in the same way as adults.
