This website does not collect any personal information. It has no forms, no log in, no cookies and no tracking or analytics.
Like all websites, our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security. These are not used to identify you.
Online requests
Our online request service is provided by TPP, the supplier of our clinical system, SystmOne. Information you send goes straight into your GP record and is protected in the same way as the rest of your record.
